For the last few years they have been trying personalise the brand so the target market feel attracted to the brand. They put names on the bottles of peoples name to personalise it for each consumer. Coca Cola fit Gillian Dyer line of appeal to attract more people to their business. They mostly go by friendship,family and being with people you love.

This is because they product are expensive but they say that you are getting the best quality phones that no other tech company have. They advertise the brand for being unique but it is one of the most sold phones. However, in the past weeks, their brand image has been damaged because of the batteries exploding. Because of this, they had to stop selling the phone which is meant to be the best yet. This is likely to decrease the amount of phones they sell for the the generations of phones created by them.

1.Apple is known for being having simple product that cost way to much. Because of their brand image, they can put a high price and people will still buy it. They fit the Gillian Dyer line of appeal for elite people. Because it is so simple to use and all the new phone are very identical, they have loyal customer that will buy no matter what.

1. Volkswagen are known for making cars for generations. Their main brand image is having very reliable cars. They go by this because they know that their product very expensive.They go by "happy family" as in most of their advertisement they show family to target them to buy it. However, in the past few year their image has been damaged because of the emissions testing fail. They programmed the engine to know when it was getting tested to give false result. Because of this, the amount of cars sold as decreased rapidly. Now they will have to increase advertising to improve their image to get back customer's.

1.Waitrose is a known for being a huge supermarkets in UK the sell food from clothes. They are known for having expensive food so in their advertisement they forces on quality and being reliable. One of the Gilliam Dyer line of appeal is that it is "luxurious" and it is for the "rich". This is because, when people buy their food, they feel that because of the price, they are getting the best quality food in the UK.
