1) What different forms of Media did you consume over the summer break? Give specific examples. Youtube and TV
2) Define Print Media, Broadcast Media and e-Media. When do teenagers come into contact with print media, broadcast media and e-media on a daily basis? Which do they use most and why do you think this is? Print Media is a physical copy of a media such as news paper, magazine and book. Broadcast media is radio and television. E media is when you get news and information from the Internet such as social media. Teenager do not get into print and broadcast media but get involved with e media as it is more available on there phones.
3) What audience gratification do teenagers receive from using Apps such as Snapchat and Instagram? Why do you think they are so popular with their target audience? What gratifications do they offer? Teenagers use allot of social medias as it is instant and can connected with Friends. All the socials media are different ways of connecting with others. They allow people to connect in different way such as video,photo or text.
4) Regarding the music industry, how has Media production and consumption changed over the last decade? (Think about the movement away from hard copies to streaming.) In your opinion, is this a positive shift? Justify your answer. Before most music was consumed by physical copy of CD, it was not available for everyone. it as slowly moved to streaming as more people have access the internet. It is a positive shift as it allow everyone to listen to music legal or illegal. If illegal it still give advertisement by word of mouth but not as good for industry as they don't make the money they deserve.As our youth was born with all the technology around them, people have learn ways of downloading music for free. When they do this, they don't release what they are doing destroy the people they love to listen to. It could lead to there Favorited singer not being able to make music.
5)INTERTEXTUALITY: In the Deadpool movies, it had a lot of reference to other superhero movie. It made fun of others for being stereotypical but they are making another movie on him. In the movie, there is a scene where it was the villain don't the superhero stand which Deadpool made fun of.
Synergy: Pokemon GO was created by Google because of the TV series Pokemon. It first was a April fool joke that came came true.The game had the same plot so it interested a lot of people that watched it or kewn about it. Because of word of mouth it become one of the biggest game in the world this summer.
CONVERGENCE: When Fast and Furious 7 came out, it was well know because of the death of Paul Worker. Lots of people were upset and a song from Wiz Khalife and Charlie Puth called "see you again" was very popular because it gave a connect with the actor.

A decent start but you really do need to proof read your work as some of this doesn't even make sense and this is an actual A level homework! Show you know what intertextuality and convergence actually ARE through your analysis and examples. Re-look at your music industry answer - 'it allow everyone to listen to music legal or illegal'. Firstly, this sentence does not make sense and illegal is spelt wrongly! But secondly, you have missed the chance to really think about the advantages and disadvantages of the digital age and the advent of download...
